Sorry, my math is bad. Should have been "Delicious and StumbleUpon combined have roughly 30 times [not 60] the userbase of Diigo and ShareThis combined"

I still haven't been able to find a count of registered users, but this is almost as good. According to Alexa, over the past 3 months, both Diigo.com and ShareThis.com have averaged about .002% of worldwide visitors. That is the "Percent of global Internet users who visit this site". StumbleUpon got over .08%, and Delicious got nearly .04%. To me this looks like Delicious and StumbleUpon combined have roughly 60 times the userbase of Diigo and ShareThis combined.

In order for Diigo to have won the popularity contest, either the Delicious and StumbleUpon users just don't care, or they were somehow excluded from the rankings because they won the "Blogger's Choice" award. If that's the case, it would mean that Diigo actually ranked 3rd in the voting, which makes a lot more sense to me.
